2010.06 G-Tek Gummesson AB

Anecta/Translink Corporate Finance Sweden advised G-Tek Gummesson AB on its sale to
Starcup Private Equity Fund AB.
G-Tek develops and offers total solutions for engine-related systems with a complete component program for engine dressing. G-Tek delivers air intake, charge air, exhaust, coolant and fuel systems. Starcup Private Equity Fund AB, a Stockholm based investment company, has acquired a majority stake in G-Tek.
2010.06 Skäppentorps Kraftverk AB
(Sweden - Water Power Plant)
Anecta/Translink Corporate Finance Sweden advised Skäppentorps Kraftverk AB on its sale to a private investor.
A well maintained water power plant with three water turbines and three generators that produce 3,3 GWh per year. Built and operating since 1936. The private acquirer owns one more water power plant in the vicinity.
2010.05 Norrskenets Friskolor AB

Anecta/Translink Corporate Finance Sweden advised Norrskenets Friskolor AB on its sale to AcadeMedia AB.
Norrskenets schools started in 2007 and engaged in comprehensive schools from preschool to grade 9 in Luleå, Kalix and Boden. Autumn 2010 is estimated Norrskenets schools have enrolled about 800 children and pupils. The buyer, AcadeMedia is Sweden's largest education company. The company has 45 000 students, over 100 schools and 2 500 employees. AcadeMedia is active in the entire education chain, preschool, primary, secondary and adult education.
2010.05 Axema Passagekontroll

Anecta/Translink Corporate Finance Sweden advised Axema on its sale of approx. 50 % to the investment company Alted AB.
Axema Passagekontroll is a Swedish security company that since 1992 develops and markets systems and products for access control. The company's product range consists mainly of access control, code locks, doorphones and card readers.
2010.03 Prompting AB

Anecta/Translink Corporate Finance Sweden advised Prompting AB on its sale to Specialistpsykiatrigruppen AB.
Prompting AB operates treatment centers in Vikmanshyttan outside Hedemora known as Cornelia and Felicia. Target audience is teenage girls neuropsychiatric disabilities as Asperger syndrome, Tourette syndrome, ADHD and DAMP. The buyer, SSPG - Specialistpsykiatrigruppen is one of the leading players in specialized psychiatric treatment.
